Our press room is supported by our in house tool room for designing, building and maintaining our own compound, blanking, progressive, deep draw, multiple operation and secondary dies and fixtures in tool steel and carbide. Paramount offers, secondary press work, machining, sub-assembly and deburring. We work with ferrous and non-ferrous materials including the following: Aluminum, Steel, Brass, Copper, Phos.Bronze, BeCu, Plastics, Teflon, Crane glass, Precious Metals, Stainless, High Temperature Alloys including Nickel, Kovar, Monel, Moly, Inconel, Etc. We also have sources for plating, heat treating, laser cutting, water jet, grinding and welding. Although we have a thorough in house quality system with extensive use of SPC, we can and do set up customer/job specific quality programs. We are currently in the process of making our systems ISO compatible. We also can work with you to set up a Kan-Ban program to satisfy your J.I.T requirements, even to your off shore assembly facilities. Our engineering includes tooling in terms of design, building, and maintaining. Our tooling types include progressive, compound, line dies, and fixtures. Other services we offer are Drawn Enclosures, Degreasing, Plating, Finishing, and Orbital Riveting.
